Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for any Fintail Inc. program. By completing registration and payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the Program

Fintail Inc. offers short-form, hands-on training programs focused on practical AI and Agentic application development. Programs are typically one week in duration (approximately 10 hours of instruction) and run in cohorts of up to 30 participants.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Fintail Inc. programs provide practical exposure to AI development tools and workflows. Completion of a program does not guarantee employment, a job interview, or any specific career outcome. We make no representations or warranties regarding employment prospects.

3. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Seats are limited to 30 per cohort and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Coupon codes, where applicable, are applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before the cohort kickoff: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • 3โ€“7 days before the kickoff: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before kickoff: No refund.
  • Program cancellation by Fintail Inc.: Full refund issued within 5 business days.

5. Program Cancellation or Rescheduling

Fintail Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort if minimum enrollment is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control. Registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students. Fintail Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, code samples, and content provided by Fintail Inc. are the intellectual property of Fintail Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission. Work you create during the program using your own ideas remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintail Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in any program. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for their enrollment.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any program offered by Fintail Inc., the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
